Ich war zunächst enttäuscht, weil ich wochenlang auf Antwort gewartet habe. Der Autor der Software ist nicht derselbe wie der Verkäufer. Das sollte Interessenten bewusst sein. Mittlerweile hat es ein Update gegeben und die Softwarefunktionen, die ich benötige, funktionieren wieder. Da es immer noch Mängel in der Funktionalität gibt, ziehe ich bei Produktqualität 1 Stern ab. Und da der Verkäufer sich erst nach der ursprünglichen Bewertungen bei mir gemeldet hat, ziehe ich einen weiteren für den Kundenservice ab. Versand 5 Sterne, da der Download und Installation und auch die Updates super funktionieren.
